Call Charley Concierge Roadside Assistance Company is looking for part-time Roadside Technicians with the ability of becoming an Area Manager.
Call Charley is an Emergency Roadside Assistance Service Provider. We service the Washington, DC metro area 24 hours a day. We do emergency fuel deliveries, battery jump starts, locksmith service (lock outs), and flat tire changes. We will arrive at your location to service you in less than 1 hour. We will meet you wherever you are: parking lot, road shoulders, apartment buildings, on the street, home driveways, parking spaces, etc... Call Charley is committed to delivering outstanding service to all of our customers.
As a Call Charley Technician your core responsibilities will include:
- Tire Changes
- Lock Outs
- Jump Starts
- Fuel Deliveries
Job Requirements:
- must have a car
- must have cell phone with the ability to receive text messages
- ability to meet promised ETA times ( 90% of call volume )
- ability to work independently
- invoice accuracy a must
- must have ability to fax invoices
- must be available to work for a 12-hour period either daytime or nighttime
- must abide by Call Charley Code of Conduct, Car Logo Placement and Uniform Policy
